Wichtig ist auch die intrinsische Motivation für das Trainingsprogramm. Welche Schwerpunkte interessieren mich, können mir bei der täglichen Arbeit helfen und wo kann ich mein Wissen noch ausbauen. Gerade wenn man im Berufsleben steht und Lerninhalte nach Feierabend oder am Wochenende erarbeitet, benötigt man Zeit, die man auch in andere Dinge investieren könnte. First, your local PMI chapter offers many programs including mentor; join and get involved. Second, your organization should have a training plan to attain PM courses that will aid in your ongoing development in your current or future role. Third, Linked In has many offering for free and Premium that can provide many choices of online and live learning opportunities. Upskilling will be an important part of your career development for current and future roles.
