To stand out as a digital marketer, focus on the marketer rather than the digital. Earn your stripes in diagnosis, analysis and strategy and apply what you learn in those stages to the digital channels you’re using. In my view, there should be no need for the digital prefix - you are a marketer that communicates with your audience through digital channels because the aforementioned stages tell you that’s where your target customers can be reached. Then stand out by having some killer creatives and interesting formats, and optimising your content to suit.

💡For me I think if you want to be a professional digital marketeer nowadays you must be highly skilled in 🤖using artificial intelligence tools because the recruiters in the near future when they are searching for a professional digital marketers or remarkable ones they will concentrate on the how you can use AI tools that will be a major skill that differentiate between digital marketers⭐

Every digital market needs two primary skill sets: ANALYSIS an SYNTHESIS. ANALYSIS = breaking a problem into smaller parts to understand and solve root causes. Conversions aren't where they need to be somewhere else? Breakdown the landing page in terms of UX, messaging, CTA, & customer expectations. SYNTHESIS = joining together different parts to create something new and more valuable. That's the heart of good strategy - the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. This is inherently about campaign design. Digital marketing must combine customer insight, brand strategy, competitive positioning, BUDGET CONSTRAINTS, and team capabilities into a viable plan that advances business goals. Synthesis, I'd argue, is the more critical skill.
