Know where you want to go and work your way backwards from it. Most people are wantrapreunuers; and candidly I never thought I would enjoy it. The headaches are truly endless. You have to know why you are doing this in the first place; for me it to help people change their lives + their families. Yes it is hard, yes it will take years; but if this is what you want to do THEN GO FOR IT. So many people are scared, when in fact; and this is pretty dark. In 200 years from now nobody will care or remember you.
Resilience is the backbone of entrepreneurship. When faced with setbacks or failures, a resilient entrepreneur sees them as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. Building resilience requires a positive mindset, the ability to manage stress effectively, and the willingness to learn from mistakes. By embracing resilience, you can navigate the ups and downs of business with confidence and come out stronger on the other side.

Leading change with clarity and confidence
Entrepreneurs are those who keep going after any sane person would have given up. You must believe in what you are creating and be motivated by something other than "success" (money, influence, or reputation).
The business world is ever-changing, and adaptability is key to staying relevant. Successful entrepreneurs are those who can pivot their strategies, products, or services in response to market shifts. Enhancing your adaptability quotient involves being open to new ideas, experimenting with different approaches, and being willing to let go of what's not working. It's about being agile and responsive, ensuring your business remains competitive.

In the spiritual entrepreneurial community, there's a saying that if you want to expand your soul growth, start a business. Whether you're spiritual or not, there's truth to that phrase. Entrepreneurship, especially in the early phases of business development where you're doing a lot of testing and development, requires a lot of decision-making, agility, adaptability, and just plain grit. There are times to stick to your guns and your vision, but there are a lot of times where you've got to be willing to pivot. Having enough ego to keep going and letting go enough to change is key to being adaptable and making pivots as you move through the entrepreneurial process.
Decision-making is a critical skill for any entrepreneur. To make informed decisions quickly, you need to gather relevant information, weigh the pros and cons, and trust your judgment. Decisiveness also means taking action and not being paralyzed by fear of failure. By honing your decision-making skills and acting with conviction, you drive your business forward and set the tone for your team.

What they all have in common is being decisive. They have another important virtue as well. Entrepreneurs are not stubborn and never stick to the wrong ideas or decisions.
