Recently I was fortunate enough to have sold my startup. Vision is something you can share and it's easier to get buy-in. Up until mid January 24. But, it was a great deal of heart and grind. Average hours for any unicorn or a run-of-the-mill profitable. Then you have culture. I'm a HUGE advocate of culture. It's difficult to get100% buy-in. Culture is best shown by the leader or leaders of your business. Most importantly "words without deeds, are dead alone." Culture comes directly from senior leadership, hourly, and must be exemplified far more than constantly discussed. Hard work, going above and beyond for your employees and customers, simply treating people well and with integrity. Lead with actions and you will have culture!
