Do a SWOT analysis, a GIVE analysis and a STEP analysis on your own business and ask a colleague or friend to help you identify your weaknesses. Then book time out for yourself to acquire that skill/s. SWOT = Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats GIVE = What are you Good at, Where can you improve, Where are you vulnerable, What is your Competitive Edge.
