Relevant Regulatory Authorities definition

Relevant Regulatory Authorities means the relevant regulatory authority which may be applicable to Doo Prime’s business operation and service providers, including but not limited to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, the European Securities and Markets Authority, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, the Mauritius Financial Services Commission, the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and etc. “相关监管机构”是指可能适用于 Doo Prime 业务运营和服务提供商的相关监管机构,包括但不限于美国证券交易委员会、美国金融业监管局、英国金融行为监管局 、澳大利亚证券和投资委员会、欧洲证券和市场管理局、塞舌尔金融服务管理局、毛里求斯金融服务委员会、瓦努阿图金融服务委员会等。

More Definitions of Relevant Regulatory Authorities

Relevant Regulatory Authorities means a governmental authority, whether Federal, State or municipal, regulating the importation, distribution, marketing and/or sale of therapeutic substances in a country in the Territory.

Related to Relevant Regulatory Authorities

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Governmental Authorities means any nation, government, province, state, or any entity, authority or body exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government, including any government authority, agency, department, board, commission or instrumentality of any government or any political subdivision thereof, court, tribunal, arbitrator, the governing body of any securities exchange, and self-regulatory organization, in each case having competent jurisdiction (with each of such Governmental Authorities being referred to as a “Governmental Authority”).
