Regulatory Authority definition

Regulatory Authority means a federal, national, multinational, state, provincial or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other governmental entity with authority over the testing, manufacture, use, storage, import, promotion, marketing or sale of a pharmaceutical product in a country or territory, including the FDA and the EMA.
Regulatory Authority means any applicable supra-national, federal, national, regional, state, provincial, or local governmental or regulatory agencies, departments, bureaus, commissions, councils, or other government entities (e.g., the FDA and EMA) regulating or otherwise exercising authority with respect to activities contemplated in this Agreement, including the Exploitation of Products.
Regulatory Authority means, in a particular country or jurisdiction, any applicable Governmental Authority involved in granting Regulatory Approval in such country or jurisdiction.
