Phase definition

Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.
Phase means a phase, element or component of the Resort separately identified in the Design and Construction Programme;
Phase means each of the separate phase of the Project lifecycle, being the Alpha Phase, Beta Phase and Live Phase (and where the Supplier provides ad-hoc Services, includes the Discovery Phase); Planning has the meaning set out in the Digital Manual; Premises means the location where the Services are to be principally performed as set out in the Order Form; Price per Story means the price per story pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW;

More Definitions of Phase

Phase as used herein, shall mean any one of the various phases, or distinct, contiguous portions of time, of the Trade Contractor Work.
