Laws and Regulations definition

Laws and Regulations means federal, state, local and foreign statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, codes, orders, constitutions, treaties, principles of common law, judgments, decrees or other requirements;
Laws and Regulations means any and all applicable current or future laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, orders and permits of any and all federal, state and local governmental and quasi-governmental bodies, agencies, authorities and courts having jurisdiction.
Laws and Regulations means all present and future laws, statutes, by-laws, regulations, treaties, judgments and decrees and, whether or not having the force of law, all official directives, rules, consents, approvals, authorizations, guidelines, orders and policies of any domestic government, including any federal, provincial, regional or municipal government, and any government agency, tribunal, commission or other authority exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions.

Laws and Regulations means all requirements of all laws, orders, ordinances and regulations of the federal, state, county, and municipal authorities, the terms of this Agreement, and directives and orders from City Cruises and its employees, and the captain and personnel of the Ship. “Passenger” and PASSENGER refers to You (whether participating in the event on not) and any and all persons traveling under the Agreement, including all of Your guests and any of Your third-party vendors. “You” or “Your” refers to the Charterer under this Agreement.
Laws and Regulations means all applicable laws and regulations including the SFO, Securities and Futures (Open-ended Fund Companies) Rules (Chapter 571AQ of the Laws of Hong Kong), (as amended from time to time), the OFC Code, the SFC Handbook for Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds, Investment-Linked Assurance Schemes and Unlisted Structured Investment Products (including the UT Code, as amended from time to time and supplemented by published guidelines or other guidance issued by the SFC) and the SFC Fund Manager Code of Conduct (as amended from time to time and supplemented by published guidelines or other guidance issued by the SFC).
Laws and Regulations means: (i) any legislation, regulation, by-law or subordinate legislation in force from time to time to which a party is subject and/or in any jurisdiction that the Goods and Services are provided to or in respect of; (ii) any binding court order, judgment or decree; (iii) any applicable industry code, policy or standard; or (iv) any applicable direction, policy, rule or order that is binding on a Party and that is made or given by any regulatory body having jurisdiction over a Party or any of that Party’s assets, resources or business.
Laws and Regulations or "LAWS OR REGULATIONS" shall mean any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, and orders of any and all governmental bodies, agencies, authorities, and courts having jurisdiction, which are in effect at the time of the opening of Bids.
