Applicable Laws definition

Applicable Laws means the requirements relating to the administration of equity-based awards under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Awards are, or will be, granted under the Plan.
Applicable Laws means the requirements relating to the administration of stock option plans under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any other country or jurisdiction where Options or Stock Purchase Rights are granted under the Plan.
Applicable Laws means, collectively, all applicable international, foreign, Federal, state and local statutes, treaties, rules, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, codes and administrative or judicial precedents or authorities, including the interpretation or administration thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the enforcement, interpretation or administration thereof, and all applicable administrative orders, directed duties, requests, licenses, authorizations and permits of, and agreements with, any Governmental Authority, in each case whether or not having the force of law.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, if the presence of any Hazardous Material on or about the Property caused by the Tenant results in any contamination of the Property or any portion thereof, or causes the Property to be in violation of any Applicable Laws, the Tenant shall promptly take all actions at its sole expense as are necessary to bring the Property into compliance with Applicable Laws.

  • Tenant shall comply with all Applicable Laws relating to Hazardous Materials (as hereafter defined), and waste storage, handling and disposal.

  • Purpose of Attachment Facilities.‌‌ Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

Applicable Laws means, all the applicable laws, codes, regulations, rules, guidelines, circulars, re-enactments, revisions, applications and adaptations thereto, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs and orders of any court, arbitrator or governmental agency or authority, rules, regulations, orders and interpretations of any governmental authority, court or statutory or other body applicable for such transactions including but not limited to the IBC, Liquidation Regulations, Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 (as applicable), Competition Act, 2002 , Transfer of Property Act, 1882, Sale of Goods Act, 1930, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, whether in effect as of the date of this E-Auction Process Information Document or thereafter and each as amended from time to time;
Applicable Laws means the legal requirements relating to the Plan and the Awards under applicable provisions of the corporate, securities, tax and other laws, rules, regulations and government orders, and the rules of any applicable stock exchange or national market system, of any jurisdiction applicable to Awards granted to residents therein.
