The Participant acknowledges that he or she has read and specifically and expressly approves the following sections of the Award Agreement: Section 2(g) on Payment of Tax-Related Items; Section 5 on No Right of Continued Employment; Section 8 on Governing Law and Consent to Jurisdiction; the section on Acknowledgment of Conditions; and the Data Privacy Notice section included in this Appendix A.

Reasonable Operating Expenses do not include amounts paid for betterments as defined in the Property Jurisdiction or the Improvements unless determined by HUD to be prudent and appropriate.
Any additional services required by the Jurisdiction will result in additional charges.
In the event that additional services are requested, the Jurisdiction should refer to unit hourly pricing information set forth on the fee schedule.
