Courts definition

Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.
Courts or “Trial Court(s)” means one or more of the fifty-eight (58) superior courts in the California state trial court system.
Courts means the district and, if applicable, federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

  • Class Counsel is responsible for delivering the Court's Preliminary Approval to the Administrator.
