It is a beautiful lehenga. I had asked for custom stitching with long sleeves and a wide U neck line and the stitching team communicated well with me and gave me a piece thag exceeded my expectations. In love with this lehenga.
I ordered this lehenga in a custom size requesting a boat neck design in the front and a deep back (12 inches). When I received my outfit not only were my measurements for the blouse and lehenga longer than what I had noted, the blouse was made with a high neck in the back (see image).
When I reached out to customer service they repeatedly told me that they made it as per my measurements and instructions and refused to acknowledge their mistake.
When I asked if I could pay for a new blouse they advised it is not an option to purchase part of the outfit. I am now left without an outfit for my sister's wedding and have lost $300. See attached image for the "deep" back.
Extremely disappointed.
The purchases I have done so far, I am very impressed with the service and quality of the items. We are thrilled that we have chosen this company to do our purchases.
