“This is one of the best-built buildings I’ve ever been in,” adds property manager Sue Migliazzo. Having been in the luxury apartment industry for more than 20 years, she describes getting to work directly with the developers on Avenir as the highlight of her career. “The developers and their history of quality really influenced my decision to join with Avenir.”

“We’re lucky to have the land and space that we have; we can go above and beyond what’s seen in a standard apartment community,” he says. “Our courtyard is open on the west side which will bring in the sunset view and make it beautiful. It has an expansive pool, two pickleball courts, a dog park, built in grill areas, lounge seating, hammocks, yard games and more.”
