While storms will blossom early this afternoon in North Texas, we're expecting the strong storms to stay away until after 4 PM. Storms will take a while to push through the area with the greatest severe weather risk departing by midnight, but a few more scattered showers and likely non-severe storms could push in behind the main wave bringing us more rain and a flooding risk through the morning hours Thursday.
