WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Mario Alejandro Aguilar-Oscoy, 32, is charged with sexual coercion after he threatened to release a video showing him and a Waco woman having sex if the woman did not send him money, a criminal complaint affidavit states.

On March 10, the victim contacted police to report that Aguilar-Oscoy contacted her via Facebook messenger to demand money in exchange for not releasing video of their sexual encounter, the document states.

In the messages, Aguilar-Oscoy described what the victim was wearing during their first sexual encounter, where it happened, and other “specific details,” police wrote in the affidavit.

The woman told police she had previously been in an intimate relationship with Aguilar-Oscoy and was unaware he was recording them.

Aguilar-Oscoy not only threatened to release the video to the victim’s family, but also said he would upload the footage on social media platforms, the victim said.

Aguilar-Oscoy was arrested on July 1. He is no longer listed as an inmate in the McLennan County Jail.
