CTXFB Chapter discusses referee shortage

BELTON, Texas (KWTX) - Our News Ten’s Chad Vautherine visited the Central Texas Football Chapter referee clinic this past weekend and learned about the current shortage of staffing referees for youth football games.
Chad spoke with Dale Cowan, the CTXFB chapter treasurer about the shortage and how it could potentially be fixed.
