CTXFB Chapter Hosts Referee Clinic at UMHB

BELTON, Texas (KWTX) - On Saturday, the Central Texas Football Chapter hosted a referee clinic on the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s campus to help inform Texas football referees on the potential new rule changes that will go into effect this upcoming fall.
Our News Ten’s Chad Vautherine caught up with Dale Cowan, the Central Texas Football Chapter treasurer, on the importance of the clinic and the significance of the changes of our state’s favorite sport.
