KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - The Killeen Police Department says they arrested a suspect wielding two guns during an armed robbery on Tuesday.

Shaquille Ahmad Willis, 30, is charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony.

On June 25, at around 2:50 p.m., officers were sent to the 900 block of South Fort Hood Street on reports of an aggravated robbery.

Police say a Black man wearing a “Rick and Morty” shirt, later identified as Willis, entered a business with two handguns, pointed them at the employee and demanded money.

Willis put the money into a bag and then asked for cigarettes and liquor before fleeing the scene on foot, according to police.

Killeen police say they searched the area and found Willis, prompting him drop the bag and run away from authorities before being arrested.

Police searched the bag Willis dropped and found items stolen from the business. Additionally, police say they found two guns along the path Willis ran.

While speaking with officers, police say Willis admitted to committing the robbery.

Willis is being held in the Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
