Temple police investigating shooting that left one person injured

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - The Temple Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one person injured Wednesday night.
On June 26, at around 11:30 p.m., police say officers were sent to the 600 block of South 7th Street on reports of shots fired.
When officers arrived, police say they found one person was taken to the hospital after they were shot.
The victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries, according to police.
