ROBINSON, Texas (KWTX) - A Robinson man was arrested for violating a condition of his bond, according to police.

Christopher O’Leary, 44, was charged with violation of condition of bond - protective order, a third-degree felony. O’Leary also had outstanding warrants for the same offense and traffic violations.

On June 21, 2024, police responded to the 300 block of Billington Drive on reports of someone violating the condition of a bond for a protective order.

When officers arrived on scene, police say they were informed that the individual, later identified as O’Leary, fled the scene prior to them arriving.

Police say they searched the surrounding area, with assistance from the Robinson Volunteer Fire Department’s drone and a k9 unit from the Hewitt Police Department.

Shortly after, authorities found and arrested O’Leary.

O’Leary was taken to the McLennan County Jail and is waiting for his bond to be set.
