Soldier sings national anthem while touring Texas Capitol

AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) - There’s nothing like good harmony in the state capitol to show national pride, as shown by soldier Sarah McCauley and Sgt. Mark.
McCauley sang her heart out to the national anthem while enjoying a tour of the Texas state capital in Austin, Texas. It started as just her, but her friend was quick to join.
“As we were at the top, we just started singing the national anthem because it is one of my favorite songs to sing,” McCauley said.
McCauley said she’s always loved to sing, and the anthem is one of her favorites.
Her unit of the national guard was stationed at the capital in Austin during pro-Palestinian protests.
