A group of Paralympic athletes and organizers put the finishing touches on their beautiful Starlight Parade float Friday ahead of the parade on Saturday.
A beloved band director in Battle Ground who is retiring this year will not only be leading his band in his final march, but he’ll also be leading the Grand Floral Parade as this year’s Grand Marshal.
