Video officers found led them to a white female with “distinctive clothing” leaving the scene.

Police used a K9 to track her down and found a woman fitting the description nearby and detained her for more questioning.

The woman has been identified as Luella Robertson.

She was arrested and booked into jail on the charges of vehicular homicide and an outstanding Washington State Department of Corrections warrant.

The victim has not yet been identified.
