'Harvest Moon' is Oregon's first sangria bar

TIGARD, Ore. (KPTV) - Harvest Moon started serving sangria at farmers markets before winning the City of Tigard’s Small Business Launch Pod program. Now, they serve up a rich experience in their new brick and mortar location.
