PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Brie Larson, the Hollywood actor known for her role as Captain Marvel in the 2019 film of the same name and the 2023 film ‘The Marvels’ was seen enjoying herself at the Portland E-Prix World Championship in Portland this weekend.

Larson also starred as a character named Tess in the long-running ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise film ‘Fast X’ last year.

Larson was seen mingling with the drivers and crew members at the Portland International Raceway during the event wearing a Nissan racing jacket.

Larson also posed for pictures on the track with fans.

Hundreds of fans poured into the raceway for the first day of Formula E racing on Saturday.

Rubber was burning in the Rose City as the 2024 Portland E-Prix was officially underway at the Portland International Raceway on Saturday.

Formula E will not return to Portland in 2025. CEO Jeff Dodds has been vocal for the past year about plans to take the event to Miami in 2025, as part of a larger plan to bring the racing series to a larger international audience.
