2 injured in double shooting at Seattle's 3rd Avenue and Pike Street

SEATTLE — The Seattle Fire Department confirmed it treated two shooting victims near a notorious intersection in the city late Thursday evening.

The first incident occurred around 11 p.m. at Third Avenue and Pike Street downtown. Police posted about the incident on X at 11:41 p.m., saying two people were injured.

Fire crews said they treated a man around 34 years old and another around 19, and both are in "stable condition" Friday morning. They were both taken to Harborview Medical Center, according to the SFD.
