Heritage & Freedom Fest starts Wednesday in O’Fallon, Mo.

O’FALLON, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Wednesday morning rain did not stop crews from putting the finishing touches on the Heritage and Freedom Fest in O’Fallon, Missouri.
The four-day event at Ozzie Smith Sports Park has a carnival, entertainment, parade and fireworks. Headliner Bret Michaels will take the main stage on the Fourth of July.
Admission to the festival grounds is free. Organizers told First Alert 4 they expect more than 75,000 people to attend over the next several days.
