HEAT ADVISORIES in effect for majority of the Brazos Valley until Wednesday Evening | Beryl has moved out of the area, however the aftereffects are still very much here with millions across Southeast Texas still without access to proper cooling. With summer-like temperatures quickly returning and tropical moisture still present, heat index readings as high as 106° are predicted; as a result, parts of the Brazos Valley have been placed under a heat advisory.
