Suspect in deadly attack on Brenham DPS building indicted by grand jury

BRENHAM, Texas (KBTX) - The man who drove a stolen semi into the DPS Brenham building earlier this year has been indicted on multiple charges by a Washington County grand jury.
Clenard Parker, 41, was indicted Tuesday on two counts of Capital Murder, three counts of Aggravated Assault, Evading Arrest, Criminal Mischief, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
The charges stem from the April 12 attack on the Texas DPS building in Brenham.
Parker remains in custody at the Washington County jail.
