BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Raisinette is the Aggieland Humane Society Pet of the Week for the week of July 5th.

She is a three year old Blue Heeler/Labrador mix and is truly just as sweet as her name suggests.

Raisinette has stayed with families and is great with people of all ages.

Her tail is always wagging and she will never say no to a good adventure.

Aggieland Humane Society will be hosting a free adoption event Saturday, July 6th, at Murdoch’s Ranch and Home Supply in College Station from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You can meet furry friends like Raisinette and take them home for free.

Then on Sunday, it’s Waggles & Wine at Messina Hof Winery. Bring your furry friends to Messina Hof Winery for a day of fun, wine, and relaxation! You can also meet adoptable pets.

The Aggieland Humane Society facility is located at 5359 Leonard Road in Bryan, and is open Monday through Friday from noon to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m. Aggieland Humane is closed Sundays.
