Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued for portions of the area until 9pm

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Strong storms are moving across the Brazos Valley, prompting the National Weather Service to extend an ongoing Severe Thunderstorm Watch across our southern counties through Thursday evening.
This Severe Thunderstorm WATCH has been issued for all counties across the Brazos Valley, except for Lee until 9pm. The primary concern will be for large hail, and gusting winds, but similar to the past few rounds of severe weather, a tornado or two cannot be ruled out either.
