BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - St. Joseph Health named Louis Humber and Scott Goble, MD, the 2024 Legacy Award recipients for their commitment to Franciscan values and for continuing the legacy of the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio. who founded St. Joseph Health 89 years ago.

Louis Humber has dedicated over 30 years to St. Joseph Health as a Maintenance Technician III. Mr. Humber goes above and beyond every day to make sure facility needs are taken care of. His impact on the hospital and health system is evident in the respect and admiration he has earned from colleagues, patients and the community.

Scott Goble, MD, has provided radiation oncology services to the Brazos Valley community for over 20 years. His selfless dedication and unwavering commitment to his patients, colleagues and the Brazos Valley community have made him an exceptional leader and provider in our community.

This is the Legacy Award’s seventh year.
