Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

Golf Bags never made it on the flight. Very expensive golf bag and. Clubs,shoes, clothing. Will file a claim against Aer Lingus

The first leg of my 2 flights were delayed, causing me to miss my second flight and have to stay the whole night in Dublin. Super upset with this experience, and I still need to figure out how to get compensated for this.

Everything went well, but could have used a bit more legroom.

The flight got us safely from point a to point b and on time. For a transatlantic flight that isnt nothing. Flight crew was kind and professional. The seats are super uncomfortable (worse than domestic budget airlines) and the cabin was DIRTY.

Long unexplained delay, uncomfortable back row, long waits for trash collection.

I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.

The flight was half full and I presume that the next few days are even less busy not sure why they are still charging a premium to change a flight.

Are Longus was fine. I booked thru Kayak and was unable to get my business class seat early. Sat next to galley. Crew forgot to wake me for breakfast.

Short flight so not much to rate. Surprised I had to pay for a soda.

Nice to be on a flight that wasn't fully booked so there were only two of us in the three seat row.

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew

Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber

Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off

The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.

The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

I was disappointed there was a 40 minute delay to flight

Well Is extra charge for everything and other companies include that and the price.

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

Delayed and then further delayed with no announcement made so that all the passengers (who were standing in the jetty) could hear. We stood there for well over 20 minutes. We were further delayed through weather but no one explained that to us until the pilot made an announcement when finally on board

On time and reasonably comfortable. These airlines need to find a way of sitting their passengers in queues whilst waiting to board

We arrived at the airport by taxi so as to be there two hours ahead of take-off. On arrival I received a message stating that the flight would be 85 minutes later than planned. An hour later another message stated that it would be a further 20 minutes late. There was no mention of the almost 2 hour delay once we boarded. Needless to say, they didn’t trumpet their “arrive-on-time” signal. At least we got there eventually.

Long delay. Terrible airport - too busy, not enough seating or food/drink outlets.

The seat could have had more cushioning. My backside was sore after 30 minutes of the flight

The flight departed and arrived on time. A member of the staff at the gate was awful. She asked me to get the duty free purchases out of the hand luggage to see if it would fit inside their box, which it did. It was the embarrassment in front of the other passengers and the hassle of getting my stuff out of the bag and back in again that was totally unnecessary. They try to squeeze every single euro they can get out of their passengers. The seats were uncomfortable with little space in between them. The flight was quite noisy with lots of announcements trying to sell food, drinks, gifts and souvenirs etc.

Cardiff is a great airport but they pen you in at a gate way too small for passenger numbers. Called to the gate too soon and air conditioning was not in operation despite the heat. Cardiff should do better as a small relatively quiet regional airport.

I love flying British Airways. The process is efficient and the crews are tremendous.

Our flight was delayed and this caused us to miss our connecting flight. During the flight I noticed that BA had already rebooked us for a different flight the next day. Although technically we hadn’t missed our connecting flight yet! We were stuck in London overnight causing us to miss all subsequent plans we had (hotel already booked in NY and a flight home to Chgo)! This cost us over $400 in fees to change everything

You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.

Our trip home was uneventful, but BA misplaced/failed to deliver many bags, and one of those was ours. The other bag arrived without incident. Instead of putting the delayed bag on the next flight, BA waited for the second flight (24 hours later than our flight) and later cancelled it, so the bag remained at Heathrow. They again put it on the second flight the next day, so it arrived at our airport at 8:30pm, and they did nothing with it until the next day, arranging for it to be delivered the following day. So we arrived on a Wednesday, it's now Saturday, and they might deliver it on Sunday, but they said it could take 48 hours once the bag's picked up at the airport. BA obviously puts their customers first, delivering bags "within about a week" of travel. Nice job, BA!!

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

Ticketing was a bit misleading. Was not immediately apparent that the tickets included no check-in luggage allowance.

Excellent. The only issue was ground crew in the Venice airport. Not so friendly. But BA staff was amazing and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault.

The flight was delayed and that made me miss my connecting flight - very upset and angry!!!

We got our seats and was surprised at the half empty plane, so had a very good hostess and we enjoyed the whole flight back home, so the only thing we had to wait for was the passenger assistance that was not there and had to wait about 20 mins on the jetway.

On British:Storage box next to seat window broken. Flight delays pre and post trip made us loose connection. Food awful as usual. Their app is terrible. Entertainment had to be booted up several times. Took an hour to get luggage off plane at DFW when we needed to claim and put back on next flight. Crew was fantastic! And, this was return trip. Same delay on flights outbound to Europe! Late for rental car pickup in Italy. American Airlines return portion of trip ok but with delays all around. They got our luggage on flight with minutes to spare but closed gate for our connecting flight. For 2 minutes they could not wait when they know we are connecting? British/American not syncing up?
