I was in town for CES, the room was fine although a little dated. It was clean and the bed was decent. There was no coffee machine or kettle, and very limited water. Room service hours are also very limited considering it's in Vegas (7am-9pm most days) so when I wanted tea at 903pm I was out of luck. Tried to order a coffee and some water in the morning and it was going to be $42 so I just walked down to Starbucks. Concierge was quite curt and not at all helpful in trying to find a lap pool I could use. I would choose another hotel next time.
Beautifully re-done, you don't smell like smoke because the whole casino is non-smoking. Quiet, luxe, would love to go back.
The rooms need deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and the bench sofa has unsightly stains that appear to be left over from a prior guests amorous fun and games. The decor and furniture is extremely dated. The hallways are very dimly lighted The rooms are large and roomy and the bathroom is quite adequate. Overall the staff is well trained very courteous.
My trip booking was first confirmed and then cancelled. I only found that out once I was in the hotel. I will never book in Park MGM and try not to use Kayak either. Very disappointed…
Pros. The bed was comfortable and clean
Cons. I assumed there would be a mini fridge or even a microwave in the room and there wasn’t. No complimentary breakfast and the pool closed at early at 5pm.
Pros. The staff was nice.
Cons. Price of the resort fee.
Pros. The room was kept well
Cons. Check in and check out procedures were poorly communicated and difficult to manage.
Pros. Everything
Cons. More Slot
Cons. Sink could have been cleaner, chunks stuck to the bowl.
Pros. Check out the shops and restaurants in Eataly. And buy a sorbet while you're there! Excellent value for the cost. Electronic check in keeps the lines moving.
