Very Very smokey. It was NASCAR weekend so that might have made it worse. Also ALL the blackjack tables adding a video jackpot wheel with a mandatory $1-$2 anti. No other options for play ie: pairs or suited 21. Also no 3 card poker tables. I spent more of my time at the Circa.
The toilet paper is horrible! Make sure you bring your own, or you may be a little uncomfortable 😬 Besides that and the fact that housekeeping does not come to your room unless requested, the place was great. The location is perfect, right on Fremont Street, which was really cool!!
Great service
Any check in before 3 pm will incur additional fees. Fantastic pool area with a huge shark aquarium in the center.
Pros. The pool was great. But way to small for the size of hotel. Parking is a joke. I will never stay here again.
Cons. Parking!
Pros. Great location to get the Freemont Experience. Rates are reasonable.
Cons. Staff shortages were very apparent with the large influx of people over the weekend. The elevators broke down so all of Carson tower was sharing the service elevator. The Starbucks locations closed too early for the amount of guests.
Cons. The elevators were broke, the sink in our room was clogged. The hotel said that the could relocate us but we were staying with other family members that were right next to us and we didn’t want to move. They did on the other hand credit us our resort fee for two of the three days we stayed. We asked for towels multiple times and it took 3 hours to get some, and they never refreshed our room. I think this will be the last time we stay down at any hotel on Fremont. I feel like the area is really letting things go down hill. Fremont street is getting really bad with these stupid performances and the homeless people . Not to mention the pot you smell every where.
Pros. Centralized in middle of Fremont Street
Cons. Here's a copy of the email I sent the hotel. Doubtful I'm going to hear anything back after our experience....but who knows.... I just want to start off by saying I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience at any hotel in Las Vegas in my life. Both my husband and I checked in for our anniversary last Saturday, February 27 and stayed one evening until February 28. We stayed in your Spa suite which was supposed to be the best room offered. Upon arrival there were multiple issues that transpired as soon as we walked into the door. As a start, our flight arrived in Las Vegas at 9am and we arrived at the hotel around 9:45am. A bellhop was NOWHERE to be found for over 45 minutes to check our bags! At 2:31pm, we received a message that our room was ready. Upon arrival at our room, everything went downhill from there in which we attempted to speak with the front desk (after numerous attempts in trying to get a hold of them) to address. After a few hours of back and forth, we finally (later that evening) got a gentleman by the name of “Raymond” to come up and help with some of the outstanding issues. The problems we experienced were absolutely unacceptable issues to have considering we were staying in the “top tier” suite that you offer through your establishment (the spa tower suite). In my opinion, these are basic housekeeping items that should be checked regularly in ANY level of accommodation. Upon our initial arrival we have found disgusting remnants/stains of dried up vomit in the master bathroom (pictures taken), a toilet that was continuously running in the master bathroom (ultimately Raymond came up to try to fix the problem but upon him leaving it just started up again and continue to run continuously throughout the night – video taken – ultimately the toilet was completely unusable after he left), the sinks handles were detached from the actual sink in the master bath (unusable – pictures taken), the light bulbs in all the bathrooms as well as vanities had over half of the bulbs blown out (pictures taken), the overall cleanliness throughout the entire suite was far below expectations and something as simple as trying to order movies on our TV took over three hours to try to fix as apparently there was an issue with the cable company that Raymond was trying to figure out. I will commend "Ray" on his efforts as he was the only one to respond accordingly and show some sense of compassion for the situations we were experiencing. We left to go try to find a spot to eat and found we were continuously turned away by your restaurants by extremely rude and unprofessional hosts/hostesses. We were placed on a waitlist at one establishment for a later time but then never received any sort of callback or notification as a result of the waitlist being put on. Again…. this is all in your hotel and as patrons staying in a suite with the expectation that we would have some sort of accommodations or least assistance in attempting to try to find a suitable restaurant within your hotel. No one helped, no one called back, no one attempted to assist in ANY manner whatsoever. After returning from dinner outside of the hotel and coming back to our room we entered our room with (what is nothing less) than an absolutely atrocious, vulgar and offensive smell of marijuana from the one (or both) of the rooms next-door to us. It was SO strong that I eventually had a horrific allergy reaction to both the smoke and smell in our room and ultimately needed to send my husband out for allergy medicine to assist with respiratory issues I was experiencing. I did everything I could to block the smell out and even attempted using the steam shower, but even then – THE DAMN SHOWER DOOR WAS BROKEN and wouldn’t shut (I have a video with that as well!)!!! The only resolve that was offered us when your staff FINALLY picked up the phone is that we leave our room again for an "unknown amount of time" so they can deodorize our room and attempt to make the smell go away. SERIOUSLY! Apparently, that was the best thing your staff could think of opposed to confronting the patrons next-door to our room and telling them to abide by the non-smoking policy that should have been in effect! Your team wanted us to LEAVE OUR ROOM on our anniversary over this ridiculous and unacceptable instance(s) that other guests were causing!!! IN ADDITION to that whole fiasco, the guests in the room next-door started playing extremely loud, wall shaking music that lasted until 2 AM in the morning with no resolve and/or assistance from the hotel room service team after numerous complaints! I have pictures and videos of literally every issue that we experienced in our short 24-hour time frame that we were there. I am disgusted overall with the hotel, the service, the cleanliness and the overall unprofessionalism that we had to experience especially that it was supposed to be such a special day for us!
Pros. Bed was great
Cons. Cleaning of room
Pros. Chick-fil-a was close and pool was easy to get into.
Cons. The room didn’t have any USB outlets for charging and the bathroom tub had rust.
