Customer reports "Can't be shipped to your address."


Upon checkout customers report seeing an error "Unable to ship to your address."

We have confirmed that currently our shipping methods are configured properly in Shopify and that our shipping methods cover all of the states that customers have reported issues for.

Shopify is recommending that the customers flush their browser cache or go back to their cart in “Incognito” or “Private Window” mode to ensure that browser cache is clear and not the cause of this problem.

If that does not resolve the customer’s issue please collect the customer information as you have been doing so we can investigate further with Shopify.  We need the Customer Name and Email Address to identify the specific abandoned cart and products within to try and reproduce the issue.
