Dogs Trust Ireland has released footage of their shelter dogs enjoying a splash in the pool as they warn dog owners of the dangers of the hot weather spell.
With temperatures due to hit the mid-twenties, Dogs Trust warns that too much exercise in hot weather can pose a fatal risk to dogs.
