It’s a tough time to own a car with running costs so high. Petrol and diesel prices are up, parking and tolls costs more, and general upkeep and servicing are costlier. And cars, new and used, are more expensive.

Supports for the purchase of some new battery electric vehicles (BEVs) are fading, making them more expensive at a time when we should be buying even more.
