Restaurant review: The ‘always open’ Two Faced is filling a gap but some of the pricing may prove controversial

Our food critic enjoys the wine and small plates at the latest opening on Dublin’s Montague Street

Like buses, nothing comes along for a while and then, all of a sudden, there’s a flurry of activity on a particular Dublin street. This week, I’m back on Montague Street, off Camden Street, where I reviewed CN Dumpling just a few weeks ago (and where there looks to be another as yet unnamed opening imminent — watch this space), to check out Two Faced.

This new venture covers all the bases, from coffee and pastries in the morning to sandwiches on focaccia or sourdough at lunchtime to wine (or a pint of Guinness) and small plates come evening.
