DYLAN HOTEL

How about a tipsy afternoon tea at the uber-cool Dylan Hotel on Eastmoreland Place? Served in the Dylan Bar or the opulent and intimate Ruby Room Bar, named after Miss Ruby Stokes, matron of the Royal City of Dublin Hospital. In the 1920s, this room was her office and bedroom in what was the former nurse’s home. Elegant finger sandwiches are served with delicious desserts which have been gently infused with alcoholic favourites like Baileys and Champagne. Endless pots of organic tea and Cabo Verde coffees are served. Their cocktails are fab too — so treat yourself. Tipsy Tea costs €45 per person, or €70 per person with two cocktails. Monday-Sunday from 1-5pm. Must be booked 24 hours prior to arrival. dylan.ie
