Delivery is available through parcel, starting at $9.99 or truck from $39. We’ll tell you which delivery option fits your order. For truck deliveries, you can choose from doorstep delivery or in-home delivery.
Alternatively, save money with Click and collect by ordering online and collecting for free at an IKEA store, Pick-up locker* for IKEA Family members or at an external Pick-up location, starting at $5.

Delivery options and pricing
How quickly you can receive your purchase depends on order size, delivery location, delivery demand, and product availability. During online checkout or while booking at an IKEA store, you’ll get available delivery options, estimated lead time, and exact prices. Or you can use the delivery calculator below for specific details. Then you can decide what suits you and your wallet.
In-home delivery, from $59
Ideal for larger furniture orders that are better to be brought inside your home. You choose a date and time for delivery that best suits you.

- Choose between a 2 and 4-hour delivery window. Availability of a 2-hour delivery window is subject to your delivery location.
- Orders are delivered into the entryway (first threshold) of your household

- If you live in an apartment or condo and need to reserve an elevator, please be sure that you are able to book the elevator for the entire duration of your delivery window

How IKEA delivery service works
- Shop online or in-store. Go for your dreams and don’t worry about transport. We’ll take care of it.
- Book delivery. Buying online? Choose your options during checkout. In a store? Visit the customer service area to book your delivery.
- Relax, have a coffee (or three) and live life while we process your purchase.
- You’ll receive an email/SMS notification on the day of the expected delivery, and once the delivery has been completed.
- For an in-home delivery, be present to sign confirmation that you have received your order. For parcel or doorstep delivery, check by your curb/main entrance for your order.
- Examine packages for correctness and condition. Issues? Inform the delivery driver and/or contact us.
Good-to-know basics
- For a parcel delivery, you can track your shipment through the FedEx website with the tracking numbers provided in the email you received.
- For a truck delivery, you can track your order here once it is in transit.
- For parcel or doorstep deliveries to an apartment or condo, verify that packages can be received or left at the main entry.
- You can add assembly service to your IKEA delivery service for even more convenience.
