Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Policies

• We ship to all 50 states, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
• Standard order processing may take up to 4-8 business days, however order processing may take up to 10 business days and subject to additional processing times during high volume and promotional periods.
• We do not deliver on holidays.
• HeyDude is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen, but you can optionally pay for shipping protection at checkout. Additional details available at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to international regions, U.S territories (Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO/DPO.

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

As of July 1, 2022, The Colorado Department of Revenue implemented a new non-refundable delivery fee that HEYDUDE is required to collect on shipments to an address in Colorado. The fee is collected once per order and will be reflected on your order confirmation email. Qualifying requests for refunds will be processed minus the non-refundable delivery fee.
