Path to Growth: Seed Transformation Program

Over the course of 11 months you and your senior managers will build a growth plan for your company. The program is part-time and both in-person and online. It requires a weekly time commitment of 5-8 hours on average for the CEO/founders, plus 2 in-person week-long training sessions, and 2-4 hours for senior managers.

The curriculum is divided into 4 parts, with the following activities:

Immersion Weeks

In-person, weeklong training sessions for CEOs/founders with peer networking, learning, and support from Stanford faculty and local experts will take place during parts 1 & ; 3

Online Learning Sessions

Stanford faculty and your Stanford business advisor will teach innovative concepts online and guide you and your team through the application of hands-on tools during parts 2 & 4

Company Workshops

Stanford business advisors will deliver customized workshops in person, at your company during parts 1 &; 3 and online during parts 2 & 4

Leadership Labs

Leadership training for CEOs/founders in small, facilitated, peer groups will occur in person during parts 1 & 3 and online during parts 2 & 4
