Your Questions Answered
We don’t charge any platform fees, but our payment processor charges a discounted credit card fee of 2.2% + 30¢ per donation (3.5% for AmEx). If you’d like, you can leave an optional amount on top of your donation that supports Grapevine’s work.
Yes! All donations on Grapevine are to verified nonprofits in good standing with the IRS. You’ll receive a charitable gift receipt after you complete your donation. You may be able to claim a tax deduction for your charitable contribution for the full amount of the gift. Please check with your tax professional.
Yes! Absolutely. Nonprofits use Grapevine to create their own recurring giving communities. See more about nonprofits using Grapevine here.
