i listened to the audiobook so it is harder for me to digest books that way, but i just didn't love this one.
i loved the disability rep with frankie; in fact, it was my favorite part. the romance actually fell a bit flat for me in comparison. i didn't like ren's POVs really and with the audiobook there was a noticeable difference in sound quality. the treble and slightly higher volume irritated me whenever it switched to his chapters.
the constant harry potter references were also a bit much lol
i'll def give more chloe liese books a go in hopes i enjoy another one more though!

i’m having that problem with audiobooks as well. it takes me so long to listen to them 😩 i hope your next read is better!

Glad that the author wrote disability rep aptly. But the romance falling flat is so disappointing. Also, authors really need to understand while we might enjoy some HP references, there is no need to overdo it😂
