A few of you have asked if my latest Young Adult novel, RULES OF FALLING, is based on a true story. Perhaps all contemporary fiction has some truth buried between the lines before it is turned upside down and embellished, but most scenes come solely from the writer's imagination. After all, fiction is often more interesting than real life! ; )
