Cracked opens in dramatic fashion, with Penny caught in a crash. She is rescued by a familiar face…the man who tailed her in the previous book.
While Penny recovers from her crash she recuperates in a nearby caravan park. Trying to keep her distance from people seems to work for a while, but strange omens start appearing and she can’t help wondering what their significance is. Pierce stays with her, and she can’t work out whether to trust him or not.
TC and Scrubb appear to help Penny, and their appearance coincides with the arrival of the raven. Someone she knows is in trouble…and she hopes that with the help of her friends she’ll be able to work out who.
Once Penny learns more about Pierce and how he came to be following her it’s clear that she is going to have to dig into her past if she is going to find her sister.

ARRGH! This was maddening. I though the last one was bad in the series but this! So much potential awaited us in those early chapters. But Penny apparently DOES NOT know how to speak up or ask questions!!!! How much does Pierce know? This question dangles before us the entire book. We still don't have her history. 3 men give her the opportunity to learn more and she is just silent. Then we finally get a hint about her past but no follow up. So many things unanswered and Penny drove me insane, but not in a good way. Honestly, this one has me questioning my continuation at all.

Penny Nicols is a young woman with the paranormal ability to see omens. They warn of danger to the people they are near. Some just predict the person being injured but some predict death. The Raven predicts death. Penny is searching for her twin sister who was seperated from her in foster care after the death of their family. Penny has just been in an accident and her friends T. C. and Scrubb who were on the phone with her at the time of the accident are trying to get her to answer them. When she does, they tell her they have reported the crash and know her approximate location. A man comes to her van and when help arrives, follows her to the hospital. Except for a cut on her head and headaches, she is ok. Pierce reminds her they have met before and takes her to a trailer park where they will stay until her van is repaired and she is healed. He is aware of her abilities and stays with her to make sure she recovers. As her headaches worsen, her visions become more frequent. People around her begin to have accidents and T.C. and Scrubb arrive at the park. Can they all find out what is happening and prevent the foretold events? Good book, keeps you guessing until the end.

A delightful quick read! Penny is injured in an accident when she runs off the road. She is rescued by a man in black who she has vague memories of. To recuperate, he takes her to a small slightly run down trailer park where she is accepted by the other residents with open arms. She is assaulted by her gift, the ability to see signs or omens of impending danger. From her past experience with seeing signs, she becomes very fearful for the wonderful people she has met at the trailer park. And there are so many secrets including Pierce, the man in black. When TJ and Scrubb, her friends and coworkers, show up, tensions increase as they try to help her figure out the meaning of the signs so she can possibly protect the people from danger. You’ll get so wrapped up in the story that you won’t put it down until you are finished. Great summer read!

Penny has an accident with her beloved Godzilla. A stranger helps her while she is on the phone with T.C. and Scrubb. This 'stranger' takes her to a campground to recoup and wait for Godzilla to get repairs. There she helps out with two charming children to earn some money to pay for repairs. But her head injury is causing her 'senses' to be off, and not like they usually are when she sees a raven. But she does figure out that the two children are in danger, and so is their father. Was her accident just a fluke or was it caused by someone? Penny finds out more things about herself in this story and those around her. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I received an ARC of the book from the author. I loved it. This series gets better and better and the first books were amazing. Penny is an amazing character who sees a raven shadow when someone is going to die and then she tries to stop the death from happening. This story reveals more about Penny than the first stories, and makes me love her even more. I feel like Penny has become my friend. It's impossible to put this book down because I just want to find out what will happen next. TC and Scrub also amazing characters and I'm glad they're in each book. I can't wait to read about her next adventure.

Cracked Thrilling Psychic Cozy is the fourth book in Paranormal Penny Nicols series and it is the first book that I read by Sarah Hualde .
Penny Nicols can see omen that tell the future of the person who are marked, if it's vision of raven death is sure to follow, but sometime she could not figure out the meaning of the omen.
Her only friends are Spades, her sweet psycho snarky ball of fur black cat and the long-distance paranormal podcast friends, T.C. and Scrubb; she does have a feeling for T.C. wink wink ^-^
While still searching for her twin sister, Christie, and distressing over her friend, Mrs. Griffin, who died in an accident Penny's tiny house on wheels van, Godzilla, ran off the road and ended up overturned in a roadside ditch. The handsome stranger in the black leather jacket comes to help her and eventually find the place for her to stay to recuperate.
She recognized the mysterious man, Pierce, whom she met at the farm not long ago, did he follow her, is he friend or foe, can she trust him, he seems to have secrets of his own ???
I really enjoy this book, it's hard to put down, it's a fast-paced story line that keeps you entertained as you try to figure out what would happen next, the twists and turns were abundant in this thrilling paranormal mystery and there are some romance too. It is very entertaining and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Cracked was amazing, the direction that this series has taken was eye opening.
Penny in a car accident, the mysterious character acting like her boyfriend to take care of her after the accident and the appearance of TC and Scrubb. Wow! Just Wow.
I felt like Cracked was a gem within a gem, we had the normal mystery going on with the Raven but we also learnt so much more about Penny.
This series is definitely becoming more than just a girl who has an omen of death around her and I am enjoying every minute of it.

Very exciting start of this book! Penny was in a car accident and needed to depend on others to help her throughout her recovery. I really enjoyed this installment in the series and would have given it 5 stars except...I hate when children are in peril in books. I wish that part did not need to happen. the rest of this story was very engaging and it gave me some of the things I wanted to see occur in the series and the overall arc. We're finally getting some more info about her missing sister! And some TC and Penny in-person interactions! I read this on Kobo Plus.

Another wonderful book in the Paranormal Penny Nicols series. This book is full of mystery and danger and will keep you turning the pages to see what happens next. I highly recommend this book and the entire series.

A really fun story that keeps you guessing. What if you could see future events, would you get in as much trouble as Penny? Read this book and find out. Highly recommend this book as very entertaining.
