Womanizer Classic 2
Nearly every expert we spoke with talked up Womanizer vibrators as the most advanced clit suction toys on the market. The brand has “perfected” the art of the clitoral sucker, says Taylor Sparks, erotic educator and founder of sex-toy marketplace Organic Loven. You can’t go wrong with the Classic 2, a waterproof bestseller with 10 intensity levels and a long handle that makes it easy to control your ride. It also comes with an extra clit stimulator head, which allows you to choose the size that’s best for your own clitoris and sensitivity preferences—a useful feature for people of any experience level, Sparks says.

Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3
The newest version of Satisfyer’s ever-popular Amazon sex toy is a bestseller for a reason: It really works. Choose from 12 pressures of pulsing air that mimic waves of water to push you towards orgasm—and prepare for an unusually quick experience. “It takes me only a minute or two to finish compared with my usual 5 to 10,” sex educator and Glamour sex writer Suzannah Weiss wrote in her Satisfyer Pro 2 review. It’s also a hit with our testers, who praise the toy’s wide, vibrating head and dual motors that provide serious power. “I’ve tried a lot of sex toys, alone and with a partner, and they all help on some level, but the Satisfyer is in a league of its own,” says one Glamour tester. “I am not exaggerating when I say my body did things I did not know it could do with this toy.”
Material: Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic | Modes: 12 intensity levels, 11 pressure wave programs | Battery: Magnetic USB-rechargeable | Run time: Not listed | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Quiet; pinpointed stimulation; tons of intensity levels; includes two mouth attachments

Lelo Sona 2 Cruise
One of the most beloved Lelo sex toys, this clitoral vibrator stands out with its Cruise Control feature, which reserves extra power for when you press it against your clit during orgasm. “This is a powerhouse,” says certified sex educator Sarah Brown. “If you love the strongest of vibrations with your vibrators, Sona is the suction toy for you. It’s much more of a deeper thrumming, and that translates into deeper stimulation of the clitoris below the surface.” In her review of the Lelo Sona 2 Cruise, Weiss called it the best vibrator she’s ever used. “The toy creates a prolonged climax after a sensual buildup, the kind of luxuriously drawn-out orgasm that has you feeling tingly minutes later,” she says. “I’ve tried touch-free vibrators like this before, and let me tell you, damn. It’s totally revolutionized my orgasm.”
Material: Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic | Modes: 12 intensity levels | Battery: 2-hour USB-rechargeable | Run time: 2 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Wide range of settings; waterproof design; extremely powerful
- What’s worth considering: Intensity may feel too strong for some; pricey

Dame Aer
In her review of the Dame Aer, Glamour contributor and sexual-health writer Amanda Chatel praises its thoughtful design. “The head of the toy is oval instead of round, therefore making it large enough to fit a whole range of clitoris sizes,” she says, noting that most suction toys aren’t oval. “There’s no fumbling to get it in the right spot, because its shape naturally finds its way there.” She applauds its ergonomic handle, which keeps her hand from cramping, and the many vibration modes. “I love the five patterns and five intensities. Especially as someone whose clitoris prefers high intensities over lower intensities, I found the whole experience mind-blowing,” she says. Plus, its slim, minimalist body is easy to grip in the throes of passion and easily slips between bodies during foreplay or sex.
Material: Body-safe silicone | Modes: 5 intensity levels, 5 vibration patterns | Battery: 2-hour USB-rechargeable | Run time: 1.5 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Ergonomic handle; discreet; quiet; well-designed
- What’s worth considering: Intensity may not be strong enough

Lovehoney x Romp Switch
Jess O’Reilly, PhD, host of the Sex With Dr. Jess podcast, recommends trying the Romp if you’re looking for a more affordable (but just as powerful) sucking vibrator to get started on your journey. With six intensity levels to try, a grippy handle, and a soft silicone head, it’s easy to pinpoint the pressurized air wherever you need it most. Even though the air pulses are powerful, the toy is actually pretty quiet. The biggest drawback, though, is that it isn’t rechargeable, so make sure you have some AAA batteries on hand.
Material: Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic | Modes: 6 intensity levels | Battery: Requires 2 AAA batteries | Run time: 5 hours | Waterproof: Splashproof
- Why we love it: Affordable; easy to hold; simple to use; quiet
- What’s worth considering: Not rechargeable; not waterproof

Unbound Puff
When it comes to delving into clit suckers as a newbie, the smaller and less complicated, the better—and that’s exactly what Unbound gives us with Puff. “If I could gift everyone who’s a beginner to clit suckers a toy, Puff would be it,” says Chatel. “Its five intensity settings are really all you need, and it’s as unobtrusive as clitoral suction toys come. I think that’s essential for people who are beginners.” It’s small, easy to hold, and absolutely adorable(!). Each of the speeds is the right amount of intense without being overwhelming. You can use it all over, exploring erogenous zones like the vulva, nipples, labia, earlobes, and wherever else your body craves. It’s also a fantastic price as far as clit suckers go.
Material: Body-safe silicone | Modes: 5 intensity levels | Battery: 1.5-hour USB-rechargeable | Run time: 2 to 3 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Discreet; easy to use; quiet; affordable
- What’s worth considering: Buttons tricky to navigate

Lovehoney Rose
Tons of brands make their own version of the TikTok-famous rose toy, and Lovehoney’s budget-friendly take is especially fun. The rose vibrator puffs small bursts of air against the clitoris that build in strength—and its floral body is an approachable aesthetic for anyone new to vibrators. “This toy is a top fave for oral sex simulation,” Jenni Skyler, PhD, LMFT, an AASECT-certified sex therapist, says. “Some toys can be intimidating to look at, especially big dildos. This one is sweet and safe, but delivers the punch for that satisfying orgasm.”
Material: Body-safe silicone | Modes: 10 vibration settings | Battery: USB-rechargeable | Run time: 65 minutes | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Affordable; easy to hold; simple to use; quiet
- What’s worth considering: May not be suitable for those with larger clits

Womanizer Duo 2
The Womanizer Duo 2 is a clit-sucking take on a rabbit vibrator, offering clitoral and G-spot stimulation simultaneously with two separate motors. Its exterior arm offers gentle air vibrations to the clit, while its other arm slips inside the vagina and vibrates for some strong internal sensation that targets the G-spot (potentially leading to a blended orgasm). “I’d describe the Duo’s capabilities as a mixture of suction, pulsing, massaging, and kissing,” Dr. O’Reilly says. Because of the G-spot vibrator’s larger size and bonus arm, it requires a little more focus to use, so we recommend it mostly for masturbation.
Material: Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic | Modes: 14 intensity levels, 10 vibration patterns | Battery: 2-hour USB-rechargeable | Run time: 2 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Dual stimulating; interchangeable heads; post-orgasm setting
- What’s worth considering: Not great for use with a partner

Lelo Sila
This squishy toy from Lelo massages the clitoris with soft pressure waves that build from a slight tease to a rumbly buzz, perfect for first-time users and experienced pros alike. “One partner can use it on the other one with endless possibilities for how to go about it,” Zhana Vrangalova, PhD, a human-sexuality professor, says. Chatel appreciates the Sila’s shape and orgasm capability. “It fits in the palm of my hand, and its eight vibration settings give me a lot to work with,” she says. “It doesn’t have the most intense suction, which is great for when I want to take my time—something I recommend to my friends with extra-sensitive clits.” Its larger mouth encompasses the entire clitoral region, working with a variety of clit sizes.
Material: Body-safe silicone, ABS plastic | Modes: 8 vibration settings | Battery: 2-hour USB-rechargeable | Run time: 2 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Gentle; waterproof; ergonomic design
- What’s worth considering: Pricey; not intense

We-Vibe Melt
Whisper-quiet and waterproof, the We-Vibe Melt comes highly recommended by Dr. O’Reilly. It delivers a pressurized flow of air that gently massages the clitoris, and its handle is easy to hold. But the best feature might just be its app-enabled design, meaning any smartphone can act like a remote control no matter where your partner is—ideal for couples looking for long-distance sex toys to keep things spicy.
Material: Body-safe silicone | Modes: 12 intensity levels | Battery: 1.5-hour magnetic USB-rechargeable | Run time: 2 hours | Waterproof: Yes
- Why we love it: Sleek design; app-controlled for remote play; powerful
- What’s worth considering: A little noisy

How to use a clit sucker
Sofiya Alexandra, cohost of the podcast Private Parts Unknown, recommends “starting low and slow,” building up the intensity as you get used to the sensation. Clit suckers are easy to use solo, but you can also use them in tandem with other toys, not to mention when a partner is performing oral sex or penetrating you. Clit vibrators can also double as nipple stimulators if you want to experiment with more foreplay. And when you’re getting started, a little personal lubricant never hurts—just make sure you’re using water-based lube to preserve your toy’s silicone material.

How to clean your clit sucker properly
Many clitoral suction vibrators (such as the Womanizer Liberty and Satisfyer Pro 2 Generation 3) have a removable mouth that you should wash with soap and hot water between uses. Use a cotton swab to thoroughly clean the mouth’s opening that encircles the clit, as bacteria can make its home there. Notably, water-based lube is easier to clean off than silicone- or oil-based lubes (though if your toy is silicone, you should only pair it with water-based lube anyway). Let your toy totally dry before restoring the mouth and slipping it into its storage bag.
