The baby bump reveal has come to occupy a rarefied cultural space for pregnant celebrities! Be it a Super Bowl halftime show (Rihanna), a Marc Jacobs ad campaign for the gender reveal (Bhad Bhabie), or an underwater photo shoot posted after you already had the kid (Halle Bailey), stars can’t just post mirror selfies anymore. Or you could just host SNL like Keke Palmer. It has to be a production. And of course, walking a red carpet with child is always going to be a classic (Blake Lively).

Will these kids be the next generation of powerful nepo babies, or will they pursue entirely different paths? Only time will tell.

Jenna Dewan’s announcement kicked off a new year of pregnant celebrities with a double reveal: She’s expecting her third child, and this will be her last. Dewan shares one daughter with ex-husband Channing Tatum and a son with her fiancé, Steve Kazee; this will be her second child with Kazee.

“He’s so naturally domestic and nurturing, and he’s so loving, and he’s funny, and he’s really…he’s just incredible,” she says. “It’s one of those things where people just have a natural ability for parenting. I’m so excited to see him with a little baby again,” she told Romper as part of her pregnancy-announcement interview.

“You don’t race to the end because this is the last time,” she added. “So there’s a bit of joy and a little sadness. I’m really trying to enjoy it all and not try to just get through the days. I really love being a mom…. That’s something I knew my whole life, but I really know it now.”

From families adding to their already plentiful brood to first-time moms making waves in the tabloids in 2024, here are all the celebrities who are reportedly expecting little ones in the coming months.

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are expecting baby number three. The 28-year-old NFL WAG announced the news on Instagram by posting a sweet video of their family of four dressed in matching white outfits while their three-year-old daughter, Sterling Sky, held on tight to the ultrasound photos.
“Round three, here we come 🤍,” Brittany captioned the video on July 12, which was set to “Count on You” by Bruno Mars.

Margot Robbie is reportedly pregnant! According to People, multiple sources have confirmed that the 34-year-old Barbie star is expecting her first child with husband Tom Ackerley.
After meeting in 2013 on the set of Suite Française, Robbie reportedly married the 34-year-old movie producer in December 2016.

Trina McGee
Trina McGee, best known to Millennials as Angela from Boy Meets World, announced on Instagram on June 3 that she is expecting a little one. “At the tender age of 54 I have found myself pregnant,” she wrote in her post. “Please bless us with your prayers for a safe delivery.”
McGee is married to actor and producer Marcello Thedford, according to Page Six, and has two children with her ex-husband Courtland Davis as well as one other child from a previous relationship.

Mandy Moore and Taylor Goldsmith
Mandy Moore revealed on May 31 that she is expecting her third child with her husband of six years, Taylor Goldsmith. The singer-actor revealed the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of her two sons, August, three, and Ozzie, one, wearing T-shirts that read “Big” and “Middle," respectively.
“Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister,” she wrote in the caption.

Hailey and Justin Bieber revealed that they’re expecting their first child together with an Instagram video posted on May 9. Filmed in Hawaii, the clip showed the two renewing their vows, with Hailey dressed in a sheer white lace dress that clearly showed off her baby bump.

The Mr. Robot star, Christian Slater, 54, announced that he and his wife were expecting simply by showing off Brittany’s bump as they walked the red carpet at the premiere of his film Unfrosted on April 30.
The two are also parents to a four-year-old daughter, per People, and Slater has two adult children from his previous marriage.

Ashanti and Nelly
In a playful skit posted to her Instagram on April 17, Ashanti revealed that she is expecting her first child with rapper Nelly. The video depicts the backstage chaos ahead of a performance, when Ashanti’s mom asks how much time she’ll need. Ashanti appears from behind a curtain, holding a pregnancy test, and says, “I’ll need about nine months.”

The singer also confirmed the news in an interview with Essence, where she also revealed that she and Nelly are engaged. “Motherhood is something that I have looked forward to, and sharing this with my family, fiancé, and loyal fans, who have been so supportive of my career, is an amazing experience,” she said.
